The Maison de Velours was completely renovated in 2004. It is located in a quiet street in the centre of Villeneuve sur Lot. It is divided into 5 rooms in a guest house (up to 4 people)

Ground floor :
Salle Bastide, iving room with a kitchen
Laundry room
Inner courtyard with plants

First floor:
Choisy : for 2 people on the courtyard side
Bastérou : for 2 people on the courtyard side
Communication door between these 2 rooms. Can be rented together or separately
Plaisance : for 2 people with a sitting area on the street side

Second floor :
Gajac : for 2 people on the street side.
Parasol for 2 to 4 people, with a sitting area, on the street side
Communication door between these 2 rooms. Can be rented together or separately
Bourgade: small attic room for 1 person, with no bath and that can only be rented along with another room.


Each room has a cozy and personalized decoration and is fitted with
