We have chosen for a southern, sunny area of France, where our guests can enjoy all the things that the beautiful South of France has to offer. Since March 17th 2014 we have been living in our new home and we are delighted to receive our guests in 2 cottages and two Bed & Breakfast rooms. Furthermore, there is a wellness area with spa and sauna and, of course, a swimming pool.

Description for Gite

Two cottages available: At La Perle du Lot we have a luxury, 4**** cottage for 2 people. It has a total area of 40m². Divided into a bedroom (2 electric adjustable beds of 80x200cm with single duvets) with bathroom and separate toilet and a lovely lounge with an open kitchen.

The lounge has sliding doors on 2 sides, both of which open out onto the terrace. This large private terrace is adjoined on 2 sides to the cottage, providing you with both sun and shade all day long. From your terrace you have direct access to the swimming pool. Access to the sauna and spa is included in the rental of your luxury holiday home.

Let me guide you around in de second cottage for 5 pers.:
Starting with the large covered terrace, from which you have access to the swimming pool, you enter the hallway of the holiday home. Here is the bathroom. Going up 4 steps you enter a cosy room (50m²) with dining area, lounge with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 8 windows over two sides of the room, giving you a beautiful view over the valley and to Castelnau-Montratier. Raised a metre from the main living area is a mezzanine with 4 armchairs, wonderful to hide away with a good book. Here you will also find the 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with box-spring beds measuring 1.40 x 2.00m and the third bedroom with single bed of 0.90 x 2.00m. All the beds are made up for you with single duvets.

We have created and decorated this gîte for you with great care and taste. We hope that you will feel at home here. The cottage is equipped with a TV, air-conditioning and WiFi Internet access.
