Description for B&B:
A large room of 25 m² with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, a living area with a sofa futon. This room can accommodate 4 people. You will have available or herbal tea that can be enjoyed on the balcony. The small bedroom has two single beds 90 cm x 190 cm.The two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, we placed a child safety upstairs so the kids can go from one room to another with confidence.
The rooms are located in the house on the opposite side of the unit and have access indéndant.

The house is located outside the village, the hills, the woods. It enjoys a quiet and rural environment (presence of farms). You will discover a walled garden, with a very flowery terrace (in summer!) And a swimming pool where you will be able to access. In the garden we have a chicken coop that provides us with fresh eggs every day! We strive to offer the host table for home cookingWith products from the garden or from local producers. Agréable séjour aux Balmes
Un lieu au calme dans un cadre très agréable avec des hôtes Gérard et Fabienne adorables généreux et forts gentils et une demeure plaisante confortable. Une table gourmande aux produits sains locaux de qualités. Très bon accueil. Très bon séjour ! Un rapport qualité prix incomparable !
Une belle adresse ! Séjour aux Balmes - Août 2016
Dans le cadre du festival Berlioz, nous avons passé chez Gérard et Fabienne un séjour vraiment très agréable ! La table d'hôtes y a notamment participé, par la qualité des produits servis, la générosité et la gentillesse qui accompagnent les repas..Le lieu est un hâvre de paix, dans un écrin de verdure ...Et la piscine est idéalement configurée ! Je ne peux que recommander chaudement "les Balmes" à tout voyageur à destination de St Siméon et sa région ...Vous y rencontrerez un accueil inoubliable !

Saint Simeon Bressieux is off the axis Bièvre, 20 minutes from the Rives exit the A43 (to Grenoble).
Access is easy: through the village of Saint Simeon Bressieux, towards Roybon. At 250 m from the edge of the village turn right the road Balmes. The house will be located on the left at the edge of a small wooded area.
