Gite, vacation rental in south Brittany, in the marbihan, at the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan on the municipality(Commune) of Arradon. This gite is 500 metres of the sea, it offers all the comfort for 4 to 6 persons (68 m2 livable) directed the South. It is completely new, furnished and fitted out so that you felt there very well. He(it) is of equivalence 3 in 4 spurs, garden and privative car park.

Description for Gite

The cottage roguedas is a new building of 68 m2 living comfort. It is equivalent to 3 and 4 gites ears. You enjoy a garden and private parking. A large south facing terrace with barbecue and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

The ground floor comprises a large main room with open kitchen fully equipped. A large window light lets you enjoy the southern exposure of the deposit. Laundry and toilet are also available on the ground floor.

Everything is designed so that you feel at home! Comfort is guaranteed with all the standard appliances (LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ironing needed etc ..)


Upstairs you have two rooms each for two persons (1 bed for 2 people and 2 beds 1 person) and a bathroom with toilet. Two additional beds are provided in the lounge sofa bed.

No extra: You can get on demand access to the outdoor hot tub, access to the golf ball and bicycles (2 adult and 2 children). Stroller and baby cot are also available.
