The rooms and junior suites, recently restored inside an old farmhouse, you can enjoy the warmth characteristic of houses of Umbrian hills. Furnished with period furniture and contemporary frames made by Stefania Fior, they have a bathroom and heating. The original structure was preserved, revealing the old wooden beams and large-scale external door to the terrace. A large garden with trees surrounding the house and the pool lost in the woods, meadows and olive groves. A small river awaits you at over 400 meters immersed in beautiful hills out of sight.

The breakfast room is on the ground floor. Buffet at the fireplace you will find homemade cakes and recipes of our grandmothers accompanying, jams (made with fruit from our trees, carefully grown without pesticides and with natural fertilizer) to spread the typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread baked in our ovens, fresh seasonal fruit all this and more, of course, coffee and milk and a large
