Birch Cottage is just 30 minutes from Inverness and its airport. Lots of breath-taking scenery within a short driving distance - Applecross, Gairloch, the Black Isle, Glen Affric and Ullapool. The famous 'Kyle Line' runs from Inverness, picking up at Garve, and on to the Kyle of Lochalsh. Skye is just over an hour away by car. Lots of 'Munro's' on our doorstep for the more energetic guests. Distilleries, castles and museums, and of course, back to Garve in the evening for a wonderful evening meal, freshly prepared and chosen by yourselves from the awaiting menu.(Ray has been a chef for 35 years). Please bring your own beer or wine with you to enjoy with your meal, as we do not have a liquor licence. £ sterling please.Reviews

Birch Cottage is on the A835 Inverness to Ullapool road, and is the second house on the right if coming in from Inverness, or just a minute away over the railway line if coming in from Gairloch or Ullapool, and on the left.
