Domaine de Kokotia is a quiet idyllic family complex with terraced houses in the Acotz area of St Jean de Luz, 4.5 km from the centre of St Jean de Luz itself.
Rental of the property provides access to the excellent on-site facilities: Shared use of a swimming pool (9 x 18 m, open between mid June to mid September), tennis Courts (2x hard court), children's playground, Frontón to play pelota, little football pitch with goals and basketball hoops. The Shopping centre is 1 km away from the property. Parking is available in front of the house.
